I turn ambitious,
messy,
slightly chaotic,
where-do-we-even-start,
ideas into positive momentum
I help founders, executives, and marketing teams figure out what's worth doing, get the right people aligned, and make it happen.

SELECTED WORK
Ello Products
From great products to a brand people remember.
People loved Ello’s water bottles and food storage products. They just didn’t know to love Ello yet. We changed that. We got clear on exactly who we were talking to, found the big idea that would connect with her, and launched Ello’s first-ever brand campaign.
Brand Strategy • Integrated Marketing • Marketing Leadership
Edward Martin
From selling tile to owning the whole room.
As Edward Martin expanded from a tile website into a luxury whole-home brand, I helped evolve the positioning, rethink how marketing worked, and build the team and creative engine to match the ambition.
Brand Positioning • Growth Strategy • Marketing Leadership
Chatbooks
If it was important, and didn't have an obvious owner, I was probably leading it.
From a research study of 16,000 families to a design partnership with Rifle Paper Co., I went wherever there was an important opportunity that needed an owner.
Special Projects • Customer Insights • Marketing Leadership
Edikted
I came to fix email. I stayed to build the growth engine.
After solving an immediate deliverability crisis, I helped turn lifecycle into a smarter growth engine and became an advisor to leadership on customer behavior, marketing performance, and growth.
Lifecycle Strategy • Growth Marketing • Executive Advising
Georgia Tech
A new dean. A new chapter. A lot of smart people with opinions.
I designed and facilitated a strategic planning process that turned perspectives from across university leadership into a shared vision, clear priorities, and a plan people could actually act on.

What People Are Saying…
“A force of nature.” - Betsy Kumar, Google

“A talented herder of cats.” - Sean-Michael Green, Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo
HOW I HELP
-
Senior marketing leadership without a full-time hire.
I step into growing teams that need experienced leadership, clearer priorities, or someone who can connect the dots across the marketing organization.
-
Finding focus, making decisions, setting direction.
Brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, growth planning, organizational design, or simply figuring out which of the 47 good ideas is actually worth pursuing.
-
Leading workshops that create alignment, not just discussion.
I design and facilitate the conversations teams need to make decisions, build shared ownership, and leave the room knowing what happens next.
-
Taking ownership of the important thing that needs to move.
A major launch. A new marketing initiative. A channel that needs rethinking. Or the high-priority project that matters to the business but doesn't fit neatly into anyone's day job.
ABOUT
I’ve spent nearly 15 years helping founders and executives figure out what to do next, and then helping make it happen.
I’ve built household-name brands, shaped go-to-market strategies, stepped into fractional executive leadership roles, designed dozens of org charts, launched award-winning and best-selling products, and facilitated the conversations that get smart people aligned around what matters most.
I’m at my best somewhere between the whiteboard and the work: asking the questions that sharpen the strategy, making sense of the messy parts, and sticking around long enough to build real momentum.
Because a beautiful strategy sitting in a deck is useful to... no one.
I love creating clarity, I’m obsessed with creating momentum.
Outside of work, I live in Newport, Rhode Island, where I try to optimize for spending as much time as possible on the beach or on a boat. My two kids, dog, and husband, all of whom I love dearly, do their best to make this considerably less relaxing than it sounds.
THE NEW HQ
I co-founded The New HQ, a community and resource for people who work for themselves, where we share the practical stuff no one teaches you about building an independent business you actually enjoy running.
Along with one of my best friends and chosen colleagues, Kaylin Aarts, we write a weekly newsletter on Substack sharing frameworks, lessons learned, and behind-the-scenes thinking about building a sustainable and joyful independent career.
If you’re curious about working for yourself or building something of your own, we’d love for you to join us.
