I’m a brand, marketing, and strategy consultant partnering with growing companies to clarify positioning, build strong systems, and turn momentum into sustainable revenue.
I work with founder-led, PE-backed, or rapidly scaling consumer brands who have traction, talent, and ambition, but need sharper strategy, cleaner execution, and more aligned marketing to scale what’s already working. My background spans high-growth startups, media, education, and consumer brands, and I bring both executive perspective and hands-on fluency.
I also co-founded The New HQ where I share frameworks and insights shaped by my client work to support the growing workforce of people working independently.
Depending on the client, I act as a fractional head of marketing, a senior strategic advisor, or take ownership of a specific channel or initiative. When it makes sense, I bring in trusted collaborators through my consulting practice, 9 Blocks. I’d love to connect!

My work spans email, content, community, retention, loyalty, partnerships, and customer experience, with deep expertise in lifecycle marketing. I focus on creating thoughtful, consistent touchpoints that turn first-time buyers into long-term advocates.

I turn strategy into repeatable work.
I build the planning rhythms, workflows, reporting systems, and accountability structures that make marketing sustainable. As a certified Scrum Master, I help teams move faster with less chaos. When needed, I step in directly to run channels, initiatives, or major projects.
The New HQ
After more than a decade of working for myself, I co-founded The New HQ with one of my best friends and chosen colleagues, Kaylin Aarts. We wanted to create a place to rethink work around real life and support people building careers on their own terms.
